On my other account I created !fedquestions@kbin.social it’s not very active but the people that are there are reasonably knowledgeable
VLemmy has a pretty good support channel https://vlemmy.net/c/support . The Support Megathread is kind of a “No Stupid Questions” place to ask about Lemmy.
