In order to answer this, we need to answer a more basic question: how does a thunder lizard wear a button-up shirt?

Well, we must first examine the nature of neckties when worn by their native species. This species, is of course, humans. Humans wear the necktie at the base of the neck.

The image presents a dinosaur wearing the necktie in two different manners: In figure one, it is worn right beneath the head. In figure two, it is worn at the base of the neck. based on our established knowledge of how humans wear neckties, we can conclude that a dinosaur would wear a necktie as it is presented in figure one.
