On the website, in both Chrome and Edge, I cannot remove posts. The “more” option (the ellipsis) does nothing at all. It’s not functional. Clicking it does not work at all, in either browser. This means that mod tools are not accessible.

Not for me. In neither the latest Chrome nor Edge browsers. I’ve tried clearing cache, cookies, relogging in, everything.
Have you tried Firefox? Chrome and Edge are both Chromium.
I have the same issue, they don’t open a menu or anything. Glad I’m not alone there.
