So I replaced my 11 year old system76 laptop with… another system76 laptop, where a large motivation was being able to run DF with more than 5-10 fps after migrant waves. :)

I’ve only dug a temporary underground base thus far, but beginning to dig deeper for some cavern soil to start my farms.

For those that may be interested: Running DF in ubuntu with sway window manager (wayland). Ran into some problems getting steam installed, but eventually got it working. DF runs with Proton just fine in wayland.
