Drinking, drugs, dancing and fucking are the common reasons for people to go, but not the only reasons. Given you’re already a couple, I’d look for dance classes over clubs. Drinking and drugs, well it may be worth your while, I wouldn’t expect any racism at Revs or MyAeon. If you’re looking to get sexually adventurous, there’s sex and swingers nights out there, not really my thing.
Just don’t switch partners if they announce to. Rock, Swing, Flamenco, Tango, Salsa are all fun partnered styles. Find a casual place, go for a month, then move onto the next place.
