I guess I’ll start. I’ve identified as an atheist since 2015, having come from a deeply religious family (evangelical) from the Philippines. One of the main contributors to my switch was doctrines and their inconsistencies and incompatibilities (Arminianism vs Calvinism for example).

When I first became an atheist, I was angry about stuff like wasted time. These days I’m much more chill about anything and I try to be in general, for my own sake and mental health. I also sometimes explore other spiritual practices and beliefs like Taoism (partly because I’m a Star Wars fan), but most “spiritual” feelings seem to come from listening to my favorite music.
