Thoughts about these ones? For the one on the right, I tried a different angle to hopefully give more bird and less bald man.

They are both nice but I like the left one - it just speaks to me for some reason. I didn’t even mind the bald man of the original design but the extra details eliminates it anyway (for me).
I am also in the camp that I think a mascot would be fun.
