sorry im not sure. the one i have installed has a logo that is like an orange X inside a white eyeball with an orange background. theres no matching app on the app store that i can easily find. i did a google image search for it and dont see it. likely they changed their logo, and apple wont let me see where the extension i installed came from.
Found it! It was by a dev named Zachary Simone, but it appears to have been taken down from the app store at some point. Interesting that it still works for you, as it seems to be using a blocklist, and I doubt that gets updated anymore.
