“Two grenades at the window, two grenades at the door, and then you go in and finish off” - ex-mercenaries of Wagner PMC about Prigozhin’s criminal orders.

Maksim Zelenov and Aleksey Chernyavsky are former prisoners who were recruited into the Wagner PMC last November. Together with other mercenaries, they were sent to clean up a village near Soledar in Donetsk region.

Their command and Prigozhin himself gave criminal orders to the “Wagnerites” - to throw grenades at residential buildings and kill civilian women and children. After that, Maksim and Aleksey fled the PMC camp and hid for more than 8 months.

Only after the death of Prigozhin they dared to tell the founder of Gulagu net resource, @Vlad_Osechkin, about these war crimes.

I know a lot of people were cheering Prigozhin on when he started a mutiny towards Moscow, but by all means he was a terrible human being.

Yep, Prigozhin was a monster, but I was happy when he was moving towards Moscow: they would at least kill Putin, still better than no change. And then Prigozhin wouldn’t hold the power for long anyway - killers get killed, and there will be a shitstorm and a fight for power when Putin will die, so if Prigozhin would do that, he would immediately be greeted by some competitors

No doubt but he seemed to have genuine concern for his own troops at least, which makes him a more honorable monster than Putin, but a monster just the same.
