Earlier, I was requesting a USC from Globe Store, wala man lang identification o proof of ownership na hinihingi. Just tell the number, and isesend na agad sa number. Sabi pa ng rep, di na raw need kasi “prepaid user” lang. Wow.
Hindi naman ganito noong nagrequest din ako ng USC sa Globe last year.
