No, anyone who cries for censorship and banning of opposing opinions is a fascist, or at least showing fascist behaviour. This isn’t hard to understand. Fascists don’t like differing opinions. They want them banned. They want people that hold them to be silenced. Sound familiar?

Also I’m not american, and I’m the one thats arguing against authoritarian rule. You’re the one asking for authoritarian rule, with the government deciding what can and can’t be said.

No one is normalising white supremacy though. It will always exist. Letting the government legislate censoring speech based on what they deem “hate speech” is a slippery slope and is fascist. What happens when the party you hate wins power and now everything you say is declared hate speech? You don’t even see how you are spreading fascist ideology yourself lol.

Everyone has the right to free speech. No one should be censored or imprisoned for their opinions no matter how heinous they are. As an example - I think it’s disgusting that there are certain groups of the alphabet group that are now pushing for the acceptance of the term “minor attracted people” and attempting to make it different from being a pedophile - but I absolutely believe they have the right to voice those opinions and would never say they should be censored or silenced.
