Chisato is an elite Lycoris, an agent of a government-sponsored all-female task force of assassins and spies made up of orphans. She has such great agility that she can dodge bullets at point blank range. Due her poor accuracy with a gun, she uses this skill to dodge enemy attacks while getting closer, allowing her to hit her shots.

Um actually … She doesn’t have poor gun accuracy. It is because of her insistence of using non-lethal rubber bullets which have a less predictable trajectory which requires her to get closer.
