I noticed I’m not seeing communities from .ml, I’m assuming it’s because it’s defederated. Is there a list available?

https://u.fail/instances has a list with blocked instances, if any are blocked (compare with https://feddit.de/instances). Atm that list is empty which makes me believe that nothing is blocked yet.
I am so confused about this whole situation man.
