The only thing I really see that I disagree with, is the prison being so far away from the killbox, generally i try to have them closer since if I down any enemies and want to capture them, being able to get them to a prison bed/prisoner set hospital bed for healing is quite nice, otherwise i really like your base setup.

May want a barn for your livestock, bad luck with cold snap, or toxic fallout, and they’ll be dead.
