    Lutfur Rahman is a convicted fraudster who was caught cheating in the 2015 mayoral elections. He is trying to tear up LTNs in Tower Hamlets to satisfy his minority base of Bangladeshi mini cab drivers. He has tried to fix two consultations his way and both times he has failed. People like the LTNs and don’t want them removed.
