    While a cool photo, the distance that wheel is from the car would suggest it’s not the moment of impact.

        Honestly, the crash was pretty massive so I think we can only blame the standardized tethers for this.

        I don’t think they get in trouble for the wreck being so violent it broke the chain, you’re never going to be able to enforce a chain never breaks rule because a non-breaking chain doesn’t exist
