Fox News host Sean Hannity will moderate a “red state vs. blue state” debate between Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, R, and California Gov. Gavin Newsom, D, in November on Fox News.

The network announced on Monday the debate will take place on November 30 at a to-be-determined space in Georgia. The debate will then air during Sean Hannity’s 9 p.m. evening block that night.

This is a win-win for Fox. They don’t like Trump or DeSantis, so Newsom hitting both is good for them. Newsom looking bad would help Republican candidates, which would also be a win for Fox.

    Sean Hannity To Moderate

    Doubt.

Absolutely nothing good will come of this. This is just another opportunity for DeSantis to float more culture war BS, which I’m sure Newsom will try to object to, and then be completely ignored, and Hannity will let DeSantis get away with it.

The right seems to be more or less trying to smother DeSaltine’s campaign at this point. Getting his ass handed to him by a liberal commie terrorist would pretty much do it. And that way they don’t have to cross party lines to do it. DeSquinty is proudly preparing for his own political execution and he doesn’t even realize it.

Or I could be wrong. Either way, this will likely not change my opinion of either of them.

This smells like the Bill Nye v. Ken Ham debate from several years ago. Absolutely pointless. Both will be talking past each other. Both sides will claim overwhelming victory. Audio snippets will take everything out of context.
