I really liked steam world dig 2 and steam world heist, so I’ll keep my eyes on this one
I count these guys up there with the devs I will ALWAYS buy their new game. They just mail everything I love about indie games.
A Steamworld city builder? Weird, but I’m interested.
The Steamworld team never disappoints. I definitely recommend Dig 1 and Quest too.
I’ve enjoyed all SteamWorld games. It’s amazing how they manage to nail the different genres/styles of game. It’s reassuring seeing people create games out of passion; I’m happy to support them.
Steam even has a demo which I’m absolutely going to try out.
I’m here to report that I completely “dig” this game (the demo); this will be my day 1 purchase. As others have reported, this plays like Anno; town center, levels of citizens, + resources, but with a twist where you also manage “the mine”.
This game is looking to be really great. Genre bending city builder/ mining exploration/ tower defense?
Wishlisted already!
Ooh, didn’t have this on my radar, I’ll have to watch for it.
They had a demo of this on steam I think… last year? Or somewhat recently anyway. It was way more addicting than I expected, even with just the limited demo options, so I’ll be keeping an eye out for the release date. Nice to see a lot of different variety in buildings, etc here too.
