    https://www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk/Communities/PSPOs/Ophir-Road-and-surrounding-area-Public-Spaces-Protection-Order.aspx

    https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2023/mar/6/isabel-vaughan-spruce-again-arrested-thoughtcrime-/

The PSPO will give authorised BCP officers and Dorset Police the ability to address the following activities which will be prohibited Monday – Friday between 7am and 7pm in the highlighted map area.

remaining in the Safe Zone, when asked to leave by a Police Officer or police community support officer or any other person designated by BCP Council or returning to the Safe Zone before 7pm on the day you have been asked to leave.

It is an offence to fail to comply with the order and could result in a fine or prosecution.

She wasn’t just arrested for praying. Conservatives love police so much that they will disobey them and get arrested for trespassing.

Never said that is was automatically just because it is a law.

But with that said, this law is just, you should not have the right to harass people.

Lmao its an absolute stretch to call what she did harassment. But hey, and reason you can make up to arrest political opponents is a good enough one for you I figure.

            No it isn’t.

            I’m not British.

arrest political opponents is a good enough one for you I figure.

This is not the case. But thanks for the attempt at an insult, it was a good effort.

Ah yes, the awful crime of standing silently on a public street during the day.

Also, I’m pretty sure conservatives distrust the government a lot more than progressives.

No. Read the above policy, she was arrested for trespassing.

Also, I’m pretty sure conservatives distrust the government a lot more than progressives.

It ain’t the conservatives calling for the police (government) to be demilitarized/defunded.

Its not trespassing if its a public space. Look at what you linked, it has link to the actual video. Shes standing on a public road, presumbably Ophir road, and thats it.

Yes, theres a “Public Spaces Protection Order” which if you didn’t guess, involves public spaces.

Also, it ain’t right wingers wanted state slavery, what do they call it? Oh yeah communism.

It isn’t until a cop asks you to leave under the above policy.

Is it a public area or not?

The UK is a shithole for even considering ideas like these.
