mukhang nasasagasaan yung interes ng iilan XD

    on a more serious point

    1. If they’re worried na malululong yung tao sa gambling I think that’s a soceital problem and at the same time pwede namang ilimit yung number of tickets per person
    2. If takot silang mawawalan ng silbi ang mga loto operators malabo yun cause hindi lahat ng tao marunong gumamit ng smartphone, pwede naman gumawa ng API yung maghahawak ng sistema at limitahan lang yung access sa mga operator
    3. Pimintel poses an interesting question though considered as government service ba yung pagtaya sa lotto since PCSO yung naghahawak?

This was Raffy Tulfo’s main gripe. The PCSO lawyer/spokesperson explains that 1) it’s only a test run to check if it’s viable, and 2) the pandemic showed that they need to think of alternative ways to generate revenue in case people are not allowed to venture to lotto outlets.

Despite this, Tulfo just kept on yelling and talking over her with his “PaAnO aNg MgA oUtLeT” tirade, lmao.

to be fair our senators aren’t the sharpest tools in the shed when it comes to tech kaya I can understand if he comes of as a luddite as for the PCSO peeps naman they didn’t even bother to get a rep for the centralized entity overseeing the system
