Nah. “Enlightened centrism” is specifically about people insisting both sides are equally wrong, no matter what either side actually says. As if the sane and moral position is always some even blend of what everyone is saying right now, and the extremes are automatically equal and irrelevant. Like the status quo they live in must be the best of all possible worlds.
