Kerbalsm and Unkerballed Start are a couple of mods that make for an interesting playthrough!
I have had this game in my library forever but never really got to it.
Which mods would you recommend? Is there a good online guide how to get my first crew on the moon?
I recommend not starting out with mods as some make the game more complicated.
For a guide, I really liked Matt Lowne’s “Lowne Aerospace 2” guide series

He has fantastic guides, from how to beautify KSP with mods and how to install as well as guides to almost every aspect of KSP.

Hell yeah! Love that people are still playing this game. I was crazy into it in highschool.
It’s still one of the best games out there! Especially while KSP2 isn’t really ready still.
Add a few of the brilliant mods that are out there and it looks and feels like a much newer game!
the work modders have done is simply phenomenal, and it’s so great that most, if not all mods are open source
