So far so good! Stoked seeing my niche scenes growing on Lemmy. Dig everything from deep cuts & rarities to new tunes. I think some themed stuff could potentially be fun like Jungle Sundays or Mix Monday, whatever. Always love finding new stuff to rotate into my mixes.

Saw that Goldie Live set on here the other day and it knocked my fucking socks off. Eager to see what else people share here!

Haven’t done a HC run and currently not planning on it since lag has been my primary source of death so far. Getting a lag spike in a thick mob rarely ends well. Feels bad.

Novice so please correct me if I’m wrong, but my understanding is you can still see and post on these other instances/communities. Local will still pull from your instance, but All pulls from everything (or at least what’s still federated). Definitely a need to block all the furry biz that otherwise populates on All/New but after some curating (and eye bleaching) should be good to go!

Started with Scout as it had the most appeal initially. Quite challenging to get into the other classes now. Got that need for speed!
