Woah - this sounds absolutely divine. NOTES: Brazilian bitter orange, rum absolute, petitgrain, clove, vanilla from Madagascar, tolu, guaiac wood, vetiver, sandalwood, ylang-ylang, tonka bean, leather, musk, amber. This goes on my list for a scent split!

Top 3 varies with the season and my mood. I love citrus and light florals for spring/summer; and warm spicy scents for fall/winter. I love the scent of violets, so Guerlain Insolence is a staple item, citrus like the grapefruit in Fresh Hesperides or Hermes Pamplemousse Rose is great, Florals like Hanae Mori Butterfly are nice…I just can’t decide!!!

  • Hello, Q! Thanks for another great post. It’s great to learn about new scents. In the past decades, I never really liked anything with smokiness. However, in the past 12-18 months, I have come to really enjoy more variety and appreciate some smoky fragrances. I’ll keep this on my list of things to try. Thanks again!
