Isn’t this just Skibdi Toilet?
Isn’t this just Skibdi Toilet?
I hadn’t noticed, but if that’s the case it certainly is weird and suspicious. I’ll keep an eye out, thanks.
You haven’t answered my core questions. You seem to be suggesting there’s a centralized or concerted push to promote/market Signal rather than an assortment of disconnected posts and articles. I’m open to that possibility, but what’s the evidence?
If ammo got simplified then I’m sure weapon condition / repairs got the axe too. Wish is fine I suppose. But hopefully attachments like scopes and suppressors and grenade launchers are still included, those were great.
On ammo I’d be okay with simplifying NATO vs Warsaw Pact rounds because that’s a bit hard to track for anyone unfamiliar, but as you say I liked the overall immersion of matching bullets to the gun.
I’m hoping the PC modding scene takes off because that will let us customize all kinds of things.
Where is it being promoted/marketed? I haven’t seen that. I’m only aware of Signal because of tech news and privacy threads.

Do you have evidence? And what do you think of the Molly fork?
That was my immediate thought too.
I hope Biden appoints a new director who does even less for Trump.
I’ll second this entirely.
Prey 2006 is a slightly gory boomer shooter with interesting topsy-turvy levels, gravity tricks, a few cool enemies and guns and powers, and a campy alien abduction / invasion story. It might be a little underrated in its genre. Definitely fun.
But Prey 2017 was more of a clever stealth action / psych horror title in the vein of Deus Ex and of course System Shock. Brilliant interconnected level design, a deep story, a good (though not super original) roster of guns and superpowers, some tricky puzzles, and a few interesting and enemies. It gets a good amount of love but I still think it deserves wider recognition as an excellent game.
It’s frankly stupid that they have the same name.
Exactly. But that doesn’t matter to fundamentalists. The show has “occult themes” which to them is enough to send an innocent child’s soul straight to Satan. Reason and comprehension obviously weren’t the driving forces in the household.
I played Dirt 2 & 3 and enjoyed them. 2 leaned more into actual rally racing (non-looping course with a copilot) and I was a bit slow to warm up to that but ended up quite liking it. 3 added a lot more Gymkhana which seemed a bit familiar from drift racing but ended up being even more challenging and fun IMO. Both are a far cry from traditional racing (and the games include plenty of that too) but I love the variety.
"My mother … would give us a hard time sometimes, and she would say to us, ‘I don’t know what’s wrong with you young people. You think you just fell out of a coconut tree?’ " Harris said with a laugh. “You exist in the context of all in which you live and what came before you.”
That’s actually kinda nice. I can appreciate that. We’re all the middle children of history, in a way.
Where’s the Codemasters love? For me, the GRID and DiRT series both strike the best balance between realism and arcadey fun. Huge shame they were bought out by EA.
Also, don’t hate me but Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed is kind of a better Mario Kart. Though I haven’t played MK8.
I mean I’m kind of afraid of the world. This planet has earthquakes and volcanoes and pandemics and tsunamis and prions and cancer and war and landmines and maybe a big asteroid every billion years.
No reason not to enjoy everything we’ve got, of course. It’s still the best home.
Yeah my partner grew up in that sort of household. Same for Scooby Doo. Kinda blew my mind.
I think my parents only made me go to church twice as a kid and I watched those cartoons all the time, understanding full well that they were just cartoons.
Really? I completed it (PC w/Xbox360 gamepad) and I’m not particularly stellar.
