This B-movie is very The Day the Earth Stood Still-like, and it has a bit of the last (wo)men on earth thrown into it.

One of Quentin Tarantino’s favourite blaxploitation movies. It’s pretty excellent but remains very underseen.

I’m a huge fan of Tsui. He’s one of the most consistent filmmakers coming out of Hong Kong in decades. The man just has an intrinsic understanding of what is entertaining and he always delivers.

Tsui Hark’s epic fantasy adventurer is filled with sensational wire-fu action, fantastic special effects and beautiful sets.

Yeah, it’s a total blast! I’m glad you (guys) had fun with it as well. :)

A really entertaining slasher × black comedy hybrid movie directed by Rospo Pallenberg (who has writing credits on Exorcist II: The Heretic and Excalibur).

A classic B-movie with a great spooky vibe. The perfect movie to watch around/on Halloween. 🎃
