It’s not about the bad VAR decisions. It’s how Arsenal fans have been ridiculed for being upset about a shit decision and told to get over it. Now it’s happened to Newcastle and the karma is hilarious.
There is about 1/3 maybe a little more, Arsenal supporters, who never realized how much Rice does on the pitch and how much he influences matches. The guy is transformative and it takes watching him play week in and week out to see the results. If we could actually start Saka, Martinelli and Jesus together for more than one fixture and have a healthy Timber well the possibilities are pretty damn high.
Haven’t really read too heavily into the threads, but should have had a 3rd goal or at least a penalty shot when Jesus was obviously being held by the arm as that cross came in. As long as VAR, 90% of the time, is only used to confirm the officials decision on the pitch, then it’s next to useless. Might as well just use it for offside decisions. Not really, but a major change needs to be made.
