Sounds like you’ve got a lot of the past to let go of. Speaking as someone who dragged the past around like an anchor for far too long. Even if you were to go overseas, you can’t escape from you. I hope you can one day find a way to let go of it.

Aww man 🥰 I’ll have to make sure I take the kids and go next year 🤞🏼
I love them and the one in the front’s cute little teeth 😃
Was given the day off today (didn’t want it, or tomorrow, but we’re quiet ATM) so I thought I’d make the best of it by using uneaten strawberries to make jam. It’s still cooling but it seems ok. Also waffles
Red 1988 Corolla sedan, unglamorous and reliable. It was economical to run and never gave us any trouble. When I (amicably) split up with that ex he bought out my share (I needed the money and he needed the car). As his first “I’m single now so I might go on a trip” activity, he decided to go to Mallacoota and Gipsy Point and chill out. On the highway near Genoa Peak a wombat waddled out onto the road, he hit it and totalled the car and the wombat walked away! He was thankfully uninjured.
Bet your office is more interesting. Is his office purely functional in an IKEA bland/greige kind of way?
Yeah! My birth certificate arrived! Now I can begin the process of getting my driver’s licence! 🙂😬😳🙂😬😳
That’s what worried me too… one of the neighbours has a hunting breed of dog, bunny would’ve been toast if it’d gone to that yard instead, and there are heaps of tall trees with ravens and magpies.
So I think we solved the mystery of the rabbit: a tiny hole has been discovered by Miniest on the fence line. Last night Mr P heard someone next door calling something before the rabbit disappeared again. The neighbours must have gotten a rabbit at some point and put/built a hutch on the other side of the fence, perhaps using the fence as a wall of the hutch 🤔🤦🏼♀️ After a couple of visits this morning (it wasn’t happy Mr P had rearranged things in his man cave; it’d started making a cozy little spot for itself under his couch near the warmth of the heater) Mr P said he’s going to block the hole. I’ll pop a note in their letterbox telling them what’s happened and suggesting that they reinforce their side of the fence where the hutch is.
😮 It’s what’s inside that counts🤤
Thanks for that. It seems to be getting closer to Mr P, it’s let him pet it but not catch it yet. We’ll keep trying!
🤔 Not bad, not bad at all! Maybe longer, depending on the size of the lettuces.
Mr P named it Magic yesterday because it disappears and reappears lol
It’s ears are flop ears and the photo doesn’t show it well but it has a crinkly, wavy coat. Slightly darker grey irl than the picture shows too. It’s larger than a football but smaller than a watermelon.
Elder finally got picture of elusive rabbit
Can’t catch it!
Morning all! Bunny Peeler has been discovered in a kind of nest against the fence, made from a hollow between the fence and some grassy orchid-like flowering plant. It’s hard to get to (hidden behind a rose and a geranium) and looks like they’ve been living in there for a while, munching on violet leaves and such (the hollow is well worn).
Aw thankyou! I got lucky with the lighting
