If I had to guess, seeing that number change might be an indication that that contacts account might be compromised. So if you see your contacts number of linked devices increase you could ask them about it through another channel/irl and confirm if it was them who linked it.
They need more content to keep their animation team busy.

Unfortunately Affinity just got brought out by Canva https://affinity.serif.com/en-gb/press/newsroom/canva-statement/
Of course they are claiming oh no we won’t be going subscription only, but if history is to be believed, give it a year or two and see that stance change.
Hasn’t it always needed that? I remember having to do it shortly after launch.
I mean as much as I like the Concorde, I really don’t see commercial supersonic flights being a major success, it might be of some use on certain long fight routes that are mostly over water.
But it’s going to have the same problems that were the nails in the coffin for Concorde, too noisy to fly over populated areas, high running/maintenance costs, low passenger capacity and reasonably small market.
Given the rise of the internet there’s even less need to just pop over to the US and back for the day which was some of the market for Concorde. The environmental impact of a commercial supersonic aircraft would also be under significant pressure. A lot of the current improvement in jet engines for commercial flight has been how to make them more efficient.
Don’t modern versions of rm block calling on / unless you pass a separate flag?
This one was apparently 25 years old https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-68584134
Fairly sure the thermostat in my European house is in fact a thermostat. AC may not be common in homes here but heating sure is and needs a thermostat.
If someone is having to take an Ibuprofen a day, for long enough to make a 1000 pill a worthwhile purchase, they really should be seeing a doctor to actually treat the underlying cause, because you really shouldn’t be constantly taking it long term.
Not related, but why do most of the comments here have several user accounts tagged/linked?
For me it made it easier to visualise which desktop had which thing on, so I knew the front face of the cube was my main desktop and my email was on the face to the right.
The default way for some reason never really clicked with me the way the 3d cube did
Hopefully they are just aluminium, there have been quite a few quack devices that claim to do magical things including blocking 5G that actually contain radioactive material. Not super high levels, probably all just raw ore, but probably not something you’d want near you for a prolonged time.
I mean I doubt he would have been safe even if he didn’t go back. Maybe a little bit, but how long before he gets polonium tea, or nerve agented?

How are these people able to function in society with literally zero brain matter?
Over here (UK) it’s pretty common for doors to be multi point locking, so you shut the door and lift the handle which engages a series of extra bolts between the door and frame, most commonly one at the handle then one at the top and bottom of the frame. The early PVC doors that introduced multi point locking did have an issue (poor construction) where people could kick out the middle panel leaving the frame in place, newer ones have improved it, and there are more expensive doors which are made of different materials, but will almost always feature multi point locking.
I mean ethernet has a range of 100 meters in one run (including with POE), which is probably going to be longer than the WiFi range assuming the WiFi access point is at the switch and it’s a relatively straight run. If you need more range a small 4 port POE switch is hardly likely to break the bank if you have a property big enough to need over 100 meters of ethernet in one run.
Probably basically commercial displays but I wonder if it’s possible to buy TVs aimed for guest rooms in hotels?
