To start, theyre called the green party for a reason, the president appoints the head of the EPA and Department of Energy. And foremost the president is head of the military, and she’s had a long outspoken position against the US’s absurd military. The form is for submitting petition signatures to show enough support to appear on the ballot, and both submissions of the form contained 3 times the required number of signatures.

Democrats challenged it, the green party requested a new form, and the details of that incident are in OP’s article. The secretary of states office gave them the wrong form, they again submitted 3 times the required number of signatures, and democratic majority supreme court kicked them off the ballot.
