That was a brutal 5 minute major call on that knee. Luostarinen was dragging his leg way behind him and it was unfortunate contact. No way that looked like an intentional knee from Foegele.

Did you drink half of the hot sauce on the way home?
Maybe try Napster: https://www.napster.com/ Sounds a bit like a joke, but it’s not. It used to be Rhapsody, but was re-branded.
They’ll have easier access to booze, so they’ll get by
You think if Shanahan gets fired the players will have killer instinct and a hate to lose mentality? If so, I have bad news for you…
As a Linux user, check out Strawberry. The name isn’t great, but the player makes up for it
I was implying that the lack of secondary scoring shouldn’t be that big of a concern when the whole team had trouble scoring. Even their “best” players barely scored. In particular, 1 power play goal is a problem and the bottom six generally aren’t part of that.
You know what could get them to work well together? A new coach. Here’s hoping.
No secondary scoring? They barely had primary scoring. Nylander had 3 goals. Then it was Knies with 2 and a bunch of players with 1, including the rest of the “core four”
I agree with you for the most part and think the same group of players under a different system and set of coaches could do better.
The one change I will say we definitely need is in net. I like Samsonov overall, but he is too inconsistent and I’m not sure that can be coached out of him. Woll has looked promising, but the guy has injured himself more than once now making/attempting to make saves that didn’t look like they should have been that bad.
I don’t want to see many changes. There is a need for a new goalie. I would be ok with Samsonov as a #2. I like Woll, but he is definitely too injury prone. They need a defenseman to do what they got Klingberg for. There is no dangerous point shot player on the team. There will definitely be a new coach coming in. Hopefully that works out to be someone that can really work with the team. It is a solid group.
Which ones are you thinking? Bertuzzi and Domi had 4 points each in the playoffs. Domi took some dumb penalties, but you can hardly say he didn’t do much.
The modern day bullet proof vest (using kevlar) was invented by a pizza delivery driver.
Tavares unfortunately gets a lot of criticism because of what he’s paid. Sure, he gets paid more than he should, but he’s still a solid player.
There are little things he does that go without credit like shooting the puck into the offensive zone from the Leafs side of center ice enough to get the team a change, but not enough for icing. He’s also good a keeping pressure on in the offensive zone.
I have some music and videos shared via NFS and haven’t had any problems playing those. Kodi has crashed a fair amount since updating to Omega, once immediately after launching Kodi. A lot of the time it was when playing video from YouTube and I’ve updated that plugin to a beta version and it’s been better so far.
Fwiw, I’m using the flatpak install on Lubuntu
There’s a decent chance. Possibly Keefe’s last game too. The rest of the coaching staff can go too.
The “system” the Leafs play is not working and they don’t seem capable of adapting. I’m confident many of the players are capable and would do well on another team. We’ve seen it plenty of times before. I might track how much of the power play the Leafs spend in their own zone on the power play next game waiting for the perfect opportunity to break out/in and then failing to do so.
Rough game. Boston definitely outplayed Toronto. However, there were also some penalties called against Toronto and equivalent plays missed/not called when Boston should have gotten a penalty. Here’s hoping for a better game 2
Private clinics are also over charging for things and/or charging for things that are otherwise covered in Ontario. https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/london/private-clinic-charging-thousands-ontario-health-coalition-1.7175630
You can still be an illiterate hillbilly AND be insane.
“Ontario’s auditor general said in December that “deferred maintenance projects that were at risk of critical failure have been repeatedly denied funding” at the science centre, including 42 such project since 2017, the year before the Ford government took power.”
What a weird way to talk about the lack of funding as it relates to the government. So the 42 started the year before Ford’s government took power. How many were before that? The way it’s worded, it could be 1 of the 42 or up to 41 of the 42.
