For Diablo 4: Do you have integrated graphics as well as a discrete card? If so, have you tried setting Adapter "1" in <your_lutris_wine_prefix>/drive_c/users/$(whoami)/Documents/Diablo\ IV/LocalPrefs.txt?
For my setup, it was suddenly trying to use the tiny integrated GPU, and crashing out at startup. Configuring it to start with the dedicated fixed the issue.
