My company is a “good one” and I take offense as pieces of shit regardless of industry. Someone else running a business in a bad unfair way and cheating people should not affect my ability to do business. Also, the new rules give super stiff penalties for spam texting, so I’m not sure why they would even want to deny these companies. As soon as they get caught spamming they would essentially be put out of business due to the fees. The fees, PER MESSAGE, are from $500-$1500. So, if someone is spam texting, that would be almost an instant out of business for them due to how many they send. They don’t need to deny people, they just need to be really gungho on the fines. That would work great for me because we don’t spam. And we’re not scummy.
