I use google chrome and that seems to store a lot of my passwords
Google Chrome allows you to download saved passwords. Go to the menu (3 horizontal bars or dots) -> Password Manager -> Settings -> Export passwords : it will allow you to download all sites logins and passwords in CSV format.
These are also saved in your Google Account; and you can get a set of backup codes to allow you to authenticate yourself and log in if you have lost your phone. Note that you do need to save this elsewhere (physical copy); if you keep it in your wallet / phone and you lose those, you don’t have it available.
