I miss Splatoon 1 map designs. They were still bad from a competitive aspect, but they were super creative and memorable. They tried too hard to make competitive maps in Splatoon 3 and now they’re all lifeless, and still not great gameplay wise.

Super excited to see Aqours back on screen!

The first episode feels a bit slow, but it looks like it’s setting up for an interesting journey. I still have no idea what the rest of the show is going to be like. This episode was all Yoshiko (and a bit of Maru), and I can’t wait for everyone else to get more screen time.

Glad that they’re doing insert songs (it’s Love Live so of course they are). “Far far away” is pretty good, looking forward to seeing what’s next.
