It depends.

For things that need to fit right like shoes or clothes, I much prefer shopping in person. I know online shopping has free returns/exchanges, but it’s a hassle to have to send stuff back, not to mention the time it takes. I only buy online if there really is no place in my area where it’s available.

For groceries, I definitely prefer to do everything in person. I like to select fresh produce myself. I’m also kinda picky in that I always take the second or third item on the shelf instead of the one in front. I also do not like my frozen/refrigerated groceries to be potentially sitting out in room temperature waiting for curb-side pickup or for delivery.

As for salespeople, I prefer not to be approached while I’m browsing lol. But yes it would be great if there’s someone available IF I ever need help. That’s rare though because when I’m looking to buy something, I do my research beforehand so I know what to look for and the purpose of being in the store is just to check it out in person.

Even with big companies I’ve never seen one where the applicant had to find a schedule for the interview, instead of the recruiter reaching out out and checking availability. This is odd even for bigger corporations, or maybe times have changed (I haven’t applied for a new job for a while now).

A house isn’t ever truly done though, right? Something will eventually come up that needs fixing or maintenance. So enjoy the temporary boredom while it lasts.

By arm, you mean the fretboard? Then yes, it’s possible that some guitars have very high action. If it’s an electric guitar, you should be able to adjust it to lower the strings. Just make sure it’s not too low that it causes a buzz.

I honestly can’t watch an hour long video right now. Does anyone have a TLDW? I skimmed through the first 10 mins and it’s all about his videos being scripted, edited, and using paid actors. That’s not really surprising. What I’m curious about is if he really gives away all that money and stuff (i.e. cars, houses) to people. The video probably goes into that later on but I haven’t gotten to it.

Yeah, every time you see “the economy” mentioned in a news article, especialy business news, just replace it with “the 1%’s money” and it will make sense.

Even without religion exising, I think people will still eventually gravitate towards something similar. It’s a part of human nature that we are still yet to break away from as a species. Sure, atheism and agnosticism are becoming increasingly prevalent now; but it’s still a very small minority globally and it will probably never become the norm.

Especially when you see how the servers are putting on fake smiles and going through the motions to get it over with. Not saying they should be genuinely happy, just that it shouldn’t be a thing at all. Just serve the surprise cake then walk away.

There’s nothing more permanent than a temporary solution.
