Not vegan, i like cheese a lot and eggs are also regular. Fish as well because i feel a bit less bad about them and i love seafood, but i hate the (over)fishing industry as well so i try to keep it moderate at least. I know there are alternatives, at least for cheese i am looking into making some myself.

Generally a veggy focused diet, but it’s also stupid hard to get nice veggy things where i life. It always angers me how pork is cheaper than any fresh vegetables per kg, i mean wtf is wrong with them. (At least thats the cheap meat, but there is little choice in veggies, so pretty frustrating). Not even speaking about any veggy burgers or something. I also recently learned tax is 10% for milk and 20% milk replacement and when confronted they basically said “thats not gonna change anytime soon”.

  • I kinda get that feeling…i also used to think its unintuitive/complicated. Nowadays i love it, but I also dont mind investing a bit of time to troubleshoot every once in a while. It has been a pretty stable experience on PopOS though.

But also there are different levels for sure. i guess Mint would be a fairly uncomplicated choice?

Edit: i also just realized this is all about windows here. I got a bit lost and will see myself out…

  • Does anyone ever actually click on an ad? Like “hey thats cool I wanna check it out/buy it right here right now”?

I have adblockers active everywhere and only disable then somtimes for specific sites that really don’t work otherwise, but even if the unlikely case would come up that something is interesting I would just look it up separately? Mostly I just turn a blind eye on them anyway, but just wondering, some people gotta really click/buy from these ads? It just seems so surreal to me…
