    Don’t courts not accept hearsay as evidence?

      Hearsay is ‘i heard he said that from someone else.’ from a witness not ‘i personally heard him say that’

          Witnesses are allowed to say what they saw and heard. this is…like…one of the most basic things dude. WITNESS.

          Did you think witnesses are only allowed to talk about what they SAW? That audio was banned?

            They’re allowed to say whatever they want. It doesn’t mean it happens and it isn’t proof. I can’t stand the dude anymore than anyone else- but I don’t buy into hearsay.

            There’s enough shit about him that’s provenly true. We don’t need to muddy the waters with “he said, she said” bullshit.

                    And again, I generally don’t believe a thing unless it’s proven. Just like how it works in court.
