After a 5 hour flight every joint in my body hurts. Most people dont seem to have this issue. What’s wrong with me?

I’ve at least seen/read phrases “Primary Care” and “Primary Care Physician”, but I’ve never once heard of anyone using the acronym “PCP” for it. Not until this ccomment thread. Asked a couple other people just now, they’d never heard it used either.
PCP is an incredibly common term in the US.
Maybe it’s regional or something.
