I kept burning my food or wait forever for the pan to heat up and I finally understand why. Each knob has a different direction for the Hi and Lo (also why isn’t it Low).

        I haven’t looked into it too close but I’ve had a lot of customers say they tried to repair and the required cost ended up being hundreds.

        If you’re doing your own labor though, and can find the part, it could be a $20 part.
