To me this is a feature not a bug. I do as much communicating as I can on text and email because I realise than people have busy lives and all that but if you’re trying to organise something and there are more than two people involved then often it’s easier to just call people to firm up their availability. It’s not uncommon for them to apologise for not answering text or email if we’re at that stage, they know they are holding up proceedings.
