    Correct terms in the same order: executive, legislative, and judicial.

    The president is not the entirety of the executive branch, likewise for the Supreme Court and the judicial branch.

    • No, but unlike those other two, the President is in charge of all of the executive branch.

      Supreme Court is not directly in charge of other courts, but it has power over their decisions.

      Congress is the least hierarchical as the two houses are equals and there are no subservient entities (well, aside from some congressional agencies like GAO).
