Important bit: “By cutting Texas’s concertina wire, the federal government has not only illegally destroyed property owned by the State of Texas; it has also disrupted the State’s border security efforts, leaving gaps in Texas’s border barriers and damaging Texas’s ability to effectively deter illegal entry into its territory,” the complaint stated.

The wire is being put up illegally. If they don’t want it cut don’t put it up where they legally can’t.

What law? It’s fully inside Texas, not in the river.

You not understanding the law doesnt stop it being illegal. I’m not here to educate you either, I don’t have the patience.

If you aren’t going to back up your claim, why make it in the first place?

I’m not here to prove or debate anything. I only do that with those I know will argue in good faith on a subject thats up for debate. I was making a statement, there’s a difference.
