Violation or not, any store you dont see people sitting down in, the washrooms are closed. The fact that so many stores are doing that instead of just not letting people use the washroom leads me to believe there is in fact a loophole. I live and until recently worked downtown, this loophole was explained to me while I was an employee at a grocery store that didnt have public washrooms, and if you pay attention to the restaurants that havent returned seating back, they no longer provide access to what used to be public washrooms
I looked up the act before I responded to you.I’m now convinced you live nowhere near downtown Van and cant conceive of something like a local by-law. Try to not speak for areas on which you dont live and have no knowledge about, it shows how much of an idiot you are
