I don’t think their interface has been bad since they pivoted from that god-awful separate window bullshit. (seriously, whoever came up with that should be shot.)

Their entire workflow though is one for computer people who google everything. It seems like doing basic tasks always requires a ‘hack.’

As long as developers blame users for their bad design, nothing will change.
