Just got into running, any tips?

I’m fairly fit but also starts slow with the couch to 5k program.

Perhaps any technique sharing with breathing, stride, gear, etc would be appreciated!

    Maintaining control of your heart rate and breathing is a lot easier when you aren’t trying to go too fast early on.
