The dressing is blended beans with vinegar, salt and herbs. It came out super good

      Thanks! I don’t often buy them but they are so creamy and make a great sauce-bean. Also I overcooked them lol.

        I love to use them anywhere you would typically use a pinto bean. I never thought of doing a dressing from beans, but it makes sense - I do like hummus on salad.
