    Landlords take on risk

    And so do insurance agents, but insurance agents don’t charge you money to live in a house.

    This is not representative of landlords in general, and also, insurance could have done that

    you move every 3 years, it’s actually cheaper to rent than to buy

    Buying would be cheaper than both if it weren’t for landlords. 10% of the home value is less when houses are less expensive. Houses are expensive because they’re free money for landlords.

    Landlording is theft, it’s not a real job.
