Name a law that can be written to force an individual who is dedicated to committing murder into following the law and not buy a gun to aid in committing murder.

If it’s impossible to stop/reduce gun deaths, it’s really strange how the U.S. is basically the only developed and stable country with shit loads of gun deaths.
