Now I’m not a fan of aoc, as she’s dumb as a box of rocks but I agree with her. Personally I’d like to see rule that congress works from their state and only flies in when needed. While in dc they live in barracks style dorms. They need to be in their states and not in dc all the time. They need to be with their people.
The problem I have is most move to dc and never go home. Dc is super expensive and their constituents are not in dc.
They are supposed to represent the people. As such they should live in the area they support.
That and she’s right. 174 enables only the rich to run.
